These terms and conditions apply to the Mine is bigger app (hereinafter referred to as "Application") for mobile devices, created by FOP Popov Anatolii Olehovych (hereinafter referred to as "Service Provider") as a Commercial service.
By downloading or using the Application, you automatically agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
Unauthorized copying or modification of the Application, any part of the Application, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. You are not permitted to attempt to extract the source code, translate the Application, or create derivative versions. Certain functions require an active internet connection. The Service Provider is not responsible for the Application's limited functionality due to lack of Wi-Fi or mobile data exhaustion. Please be aware that mobile network charges, including roaming fees, may apply.
The Service Provider may update the Application to maintain compatibility or add features. You agree to always accept updates when offered. The Service Provider may also terminate the Service at any time without notice. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you end, and you must cease using and delete the Application.
The Service Provider may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. You are advised to review this page regularly. Changes are effective once posted on this page.
